Monitoring - Medidas sobre COVID 19 en Racknation Costa Rica

Estimados clientes,
dada la situación inédita que estamos viviendo a nivel mundial nos hemos dado a la tarea de tomar medidas de contención para asegurar que nuestros servicios de misión crítica sigan funcionando a pesar de las medidas de control que ha instaurado el gobierno y las posibles futuras medidas adicionales en los siguientes días.
En estos momentos hemos tomado una política interna de distanciamiento social dentro de la empresa la cual consiste en un horario de rotación en donde 50% de nuestro “staff” se encuentra realizando trabajo remoto con el fin de reducir la densidad de personal dentro de nuestras oficinas.
Aparte de eso se han aplicado políticas internas de desinfección con el personal de limpieza para asegurar que nuestro personal y clientes siempre estén trabajando en un lugar lo mas seguro posible.

En cuanto a las medidas que se van a instaurar sobre los clientes que visiten el Centro de Datos les agradecemos tomar nota de las siguientes medidas:

1- No se permitirá el acceso a mas de 2 personas por empresa mientras sigamos en alerta sanitaria
2- Los clientes deberán de anunciar la visita al centro de datos por medio de tiquete de soporte a support@racknation.cr
3- Todos los clientes deben de venir con sus propias llaves de acceso y magnética para evitar en la medida de lo posible la interacción innecesaria con nuestro “staff” NOC

Por el momento nuestro Centro de Datos sigue operando 24 x 7 con normalidad y seguiremos realizando ajustes a estos primeros pasos según sea necesario bajo las directrices del ministerio de salud de Costa Rica.

De antemano les agradecemos respetar los lineamientos descritos los cuales fueron realizados con el fin de mitigar la situación que nos aqueja como planeta en estos momentos.

De parte del staff de Racknation gracias de antemano, estaremos anunciando nuevas medidas conforme sea necesario.

COVID 19 Measures @ Racknation Costa Rica

Dear clients,
based on the unique global situation at hand with the COVID 19 Pandemia, we have decided to apply certain internal measures to avoid possible health complications within our Staff and facilities, we understand the critical nature of our services and facilities and want to assure our clients that Racknation plans to keep functioning 24 x 7 as needed by our clients.
We have applied a social distancing policy within our staff, which results in 50% of our Staff working from home in order to maximize the distance between agents in our facilities and in essence have less human density in our datacenter.

Please take note of the further measures we have taken for clients who visit our datacenter (colocation clients)

1- We won’t allow access to more than 2 persons per client
2- Clients must announce their visit via support ticket before arriving to our facilities ( please email support@racknation.cr )
3- All clients must bring their access key and magnetic card so we can avoid as much as possible the interaction between clients and our staff.

For the time being our DataCenter is working normally 24 x 7, please rest assured we will make as much adjustments needed in order to ensure a smooth operation while we go through these difficult times.

We appreciate your attention to this note and following the guidelines described above which in essence will help us minimize the spread of COVID 19.
