We have been informed by multiple providers, specifically Ufinet, Tigo and Level 2 Interconnection to MIA 1 that there is a short notice maintenance starting at 8pm CR Time (CST-6) July 25 and ending July 26 at 4am CST-6. The effect this maintenace might have on uplinks is higher latency and in some cases intermitent disconnections. We will try to do everything in our control to try and mitigate the effects on this maintenance however since this is a maintenance on crucial submarine cable capacities its difficult to predict the effects until the process is started. Any further updates we will update via this channel.

---------- SPANISH VERSION BELOW ----------- Hemos sido informados por múltiples proveedores de un mantenimiento con caracter de urgencia sobre las capacidades submarinas de Maya y Arcos, específicamente por proveedores como Ufinet, Tigo y nuestra interconección submarina a MIA1 Equinix, este mantenimiento inicial el día 25 de Julio a las 8pm y se extenderá hasta el día 26 de Julio a las 4am. Entre los efectos esperados se puede dar una mayor latencia y en ciertos casos intermitencias en los enlaces. Vamos a tratar de mitigar hasta donde sea posible los efectos de este mantenimiento sin embargo al ser un mantenimiento de gran escala por múltiples proveedores es difícil preveer los efectos reales hasta que no se inicie el mantenimiento como tal.
