As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our infrastructure and ensure high-capacity and reliable services, we have scheduled a maintenance window on Tuesday, August 5th at 4:00 a.m. (local time).

During this maintenance, we will be performing a Edge router replacement, incorporating new line cards that support 40 and 100 Gbps interfaces, which will allow us to:
• Increase our Internet bandwidth capacity.
• Optimize internal connectivity to our aggregation switches.
• Prepare our infrastructure for future high-performance requirements.

Service Impact:
A short service interruption is expected, with individual downtimes not exceeding 2 minutes during the convergence of the new interfaces. The maintenance window will take place between 4:00 a.m. and 4:20 a.m.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we carry out these improvements to deliver a more robust service with higher capacity.

Como parte de nuestro compromiso continuo por mejorar la infraestructura y garantizar un servicio de alta capacidad y confiabilidad, hemos programado una ventana de mantenimiento el próximo martes 5 de Agosto a las 4:00 a.m. (hora local).

Durante esta intervención se realizará el cambio del router de Edge del centro de datos, incorporando nuevas tarjetas de red (line cards) con soporte para interfaces de 40 y 100 Gbps, lo que permitirá:
• Incrementar nuestra capacidad de ancho de banda hacia Internet.
• Optimizar la conectividad interna hacia nuestros switches de agregación.
• Preparar nuestra infraestructura para futuras demandas de alto rendimiento.

Impacto en el servicio:
Se espera una interrupción breve del servicio, con afectaciones no mayores a 2 minutos por evento, mientras se estabiliza la convergencia de las nuevas interfaces. La ventana de impacto será únicamente entre las 4:00 a.m. y las 4:20 a.m.
